Final random inspection (fri)
Fri is basically an acceptance sampling inspection performed before shipment on the base of 100% finished goods and 80% packed. The sampling is derived from the inspection level requested in accordance with iso 2859 / nf x 06-022 / ANSI / asqc z 1. 4 / bs 6001 / din 40080 / mil-STD-105e. , product defect is classified as critical, major and minor, and according to the different AQL level, inspection result will be determined as acceptance or rejection. Important checking point are concentrated in workmanship, functional, appearance, style &colour, measurement and packing etc..
